Amber and Zack were married at a country club near Palmerston North, in New Zealand. Zack loves golf, so for him it was the perfect place. The day brought family and friends together at a venue with views over the surrounding countryside.
The morning getting ready was a blast, but it involved a lot of travel. Zack and the boys got ready near Ashurst, while Amber and her bridesmaid rented an Airbnb near Bulls. This is where careful planning pays off: with plenty of travel time built into the itinerary, nobody was stressed.

First look, and the afternoon sun
We did the first look and one set of bridal photographs before the ceremony, and a little more afterwards, to take advantage of the afternoon sun.

Picnic and champagne
The lovely staff at the club gave us a picnic basket, and we made full use of the delicious food. It was also a good moment to crack open the champagne on the club’s iconic driveway.
